WARRANTY / GUARANTEE
Computer Wholesale Products of America, Inc. takes pride in our quality.
That is why we offer a 100% unconditional guarantee. If you are not totally
satisfied with our products please bring the problem to our attention within
thirty (30) days for replacement or credit. We will not be liable in any event
for any special or consequential damages whether arising from negligence, misuse,
improper storage or otherwise. All toner and ink jet cartridges are warranted
for the life of the cartridge. Any trademarks, registered trademarks or brand
names are the property of their respective owners, companies or corporations.
Our compatible and remanufactured products are independently produced and the
use of descriptions does not imply approval or endorsement of this product by
the original manufacturer.
PAYMENT TERMS
(1)
Terms for payment are Net-30 from invoice date for customers with approved
credit. We reserve the right to apply a 1.5% monthly service charge to any
invoice over 30 days old.
(2)
Products may be charged to MasterCard, VISA, or American Express.
MINIMUM ORDER / SERVICE & HANDLING CHARGES
There is no minimum dollar amount requirement, no service charge and
no handling charge on any order.
UNIT COST
All of our prices reflect a price per
each
individual item,
not
box prices. However, when the description says "kit", then the
unit cost is reflective of all the components in that kit.
ORDER INCREMENTS
We ask that you please order in the increments specified in our brochures,
price lists, and web sites.
DELIVERY / SHIPPING / FREIGHT
Orders will generally be shipped via UPS ground within 2-14 days after
receipt of order. Freight
will
be charged to any order totaling less than $250.00 and shipping to any
one
location, or to any order requiring shipment by U.S. Postal Service
(regardless of order dollar amount)
.
Orders totaling $250.00 or more will be shipped freight-free (FOB destination)
if shipped via UPS.
However, these terms do not apply
:
(1)
to shipments of paper, transparency film, or label products -- freight will be
prepaid and added to the invoice.
(2)
to shipments that have specific size, weight, and box dimension limitations
-- freight will be prepaid and added here too.
Orders placed by noon, and in stock, will generally be shipped the same day.
If special overnight or second-day air service is required arrangements can
be made, and the customer will be charged the shipping company’s current rates.
RETURNS
(1)
To return products to us, please call our customer service department to explain
the problem. Please have the product description, quantity, your purchase order
number, date of purchase, and our invoice number available for the product in
question. Our company name must appear on the outside of the package being
returned, and we request that you verify that the product is from our company.
(2)
All defective merchandise must be accompanied by a letter describing the defect(s)
and any printouts showing what the actual problem was.
(3)
Replacements or credits for defective products will not be sent to the customer
until the defective product has been received and analyzed by CWPA.
(4)
All returned products need to be well packaged in the original boxing and reboxed
into a shipping box.
(5)
A credit will be issued for products returned within six months from the invoice
date, and which are under warranty. No credit will be issued past six months for
any reason.
(6)
Returns made for customer convenience due to misordering or other reasons will be
assessed a 25% re-stocking fee and all appropriate freight costs for pickup and
return of the product.
SALES TAX
No sales tax will be added to any
tax-exempt customers.
