Computer Wholesale Products of America, Inc. guarantees to make available equivalent replacement parts for a product sold to the state for at least 3 years after a product is discontinued. 

    We will not be liable in any event for any special or consequential damages whether arising from negligence, misuse, improper storage or otherwise.  All toner and ink jet cartridges are warranted for the life of the cartridge.  Any trademarks, registered trademarks or brand names are the property of their respective owners, companies or corporations.  Our compatible and remanufactured products are independently produced and the use of descriptions does not imply approval or endorsement of this product by the original manufacturer.
