TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WARRANTY / GUARANTEE:

Computer Wholesale Products of America, Inc. takes pride in our quality. That is why we offer a 100% unconditional guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with our products please bring the problem to our attention within thirty (30) days for replacement or credit. We will not be liable in any event for any special or consequential damages whether arising from negligence, misuse, improper storage or otherwise.


PAYMENT TERMS:

  • Terms for payment are 2%-5 days/Net-30 from receipt of invoice for customers with approved credit.
  • Products may be charged to MasterCard, VISA or American Express. Payments made by a charge card do not receive the 2% prompt payment discount.


    MINIMUM ORDER / SERVICE & HANDLING CHARGES:

    There is no minimum dollar amount requirement, no service charge and no handling charge on any order.


    UNIT COST:

    All of our prices reflect a price per each item, not box prices. When the description says "kit", then the unit cost is reflective of the "kit" price.


    ORDER INCREMENTS:

    We ask that you please order in the increments specified in our price list and catalog web sites.


    DELIVERY / SHIPPING / FREIGHT:

    Orders will be generally be shipped via UPS ground. Freight will be charged to any order totalling less than $250.00, and to orders requiring shipment by US Postal Service. Orders totalling $250.00 or more will be shipped freight-free (FOB destination) within the continental U.S. if shipped via UPS. However, this rule does not apply to shipments of heavier paper, transparency film, or label products -- freight on these items will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Nor does the rule apply to shipments that have specific size, weight, and box dimension limitations -- freight will be prepaid and added here as well. Orders placed by noon, and in stock, will generally be shipped the same day. If special overnight or second-day air is required, we can make the arrangements, and the customer will be charged the shipping companys current rates. For shipments outside the continental US (includes AK, HI & PR): freight will be charged on all orders shipping outside of the 48 contiguous states. Any necessary import/export duties, taxes, or insurance will also be prepaid and added to the invoice.


    RETURNS:

  • To return products to us, please call our customer service department and request a return authorization number (RA#). Please have the product description, quantity, your purchase order number, date of purchase, and our invoice number available for the product in question. The RA# must appear on the outside of the package being returned.
  • Samples may be requested for testing prior to returning products.
  • All defective merchandise must be accompanied by a letter describing the defect(s) and any printouts showing what the actual problem was.
  • All products returned need to be well packaged in the original boxing.
  • A credit will be issued for products returned under warranty up to six months from the date of the invoice. No credit will be issued past six months for any reason.
  • Returns made for customer convenience due to misordering or other reasons will be assessed a 25% re- stocking fee and all appropriate freight costs or call tag fees for pickup and return of the product.


    SALES TAX:

    No sales tax will be added to any tax exempt customers.
